FREE SHIPPING(Excludes Large or Bulky Items)
All US orders over $100 qualifies for free standard shipping (1-7 days). However, due to cost of postage and packing supplies, large or Bulky Items are unable to ship free or eligible for Flat rate.
All Return request must be made within 7 business days after confirmed delivery. We will only accept products returned in original condition, meaning product cannot be used, opened or tampered with as required by health safety laws.
All orders that are returned to OuterBeautySupply.com, is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Refund will only be issued for actual product cost and not for shipping paid. OuterBeautySupply.com will only issue a return label and void the 15% restocking fee if return is due to a fault of our company, such as incorrect product sent or goods damaged in transit. Proof of damage will be required, such as a photograph of reported damage goods or damage notice from Post Office.
Refunds are issued within 1-2 business days, after returned product is received and processed. Timing of when payment will be deposited in your account will be based on your bank or credit card company timeline.

- Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to OuterBeautySupply.com due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only. We will not refund or reship products reported as stolen. Please use a safe mailing address such as Work or other places where someone trusted can accept on your behalf.

- Restricted Items:
While the Outerbeautysupply team works hard to prevent products from shipping to countries where ingredients are prohibited, we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date. As these regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any order seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If you find a product that needs to be restricted or allowed to ship to your country, please contact us with the product name and a link to the relevant regulatory agency policy from your local authority’s website. We’ll inspect the issue immediately and update our restrictions accordingly.
- Customer refusal: If a customer refused a package, OuterBeautySupply.com will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus a 15% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
- Lost packages: Lost packages must be reported to Outer Beauty Supply within 15 days for Domestic Customers and 45 days for International customers from the of date of purchase.

All International orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
First Class International usually delivered within 7-30 days depending on location. Reliable service method, but not trackable.
*Brazil and Russia are countries currently on our our watch list. Delivery takes an average of 45-60 day for customer to receive package when send First Class International.
Priority Mail International usually delivered within 7-12 days. Limited tracking information provided.
All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes duties and customs. We do not cover these charges, so please check with your local customs office.
