Can I cancel or change my order once it has been submitted ?

Yes, you may change or cancel your order same day of purchase, if in "Fulfillment Status". However, we ship all orders same day, if placed by 5AM-EST. If order is placed after 5AM-EST, we ship next business day. So, please contact us immediately or login into your account and request the change.

What is Outer Beauty Supply return policy ?

All Products can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 business days after receiving product. Products must be returned in original packaging/unused/unopened.
 
Please understand: We can’t resell used or open products for health safety concerns. Please email customer service at sales@outerbeautysupply.com or leave us a message at 570-215-4001 to receive RMA before returning product. Return goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee and buyers are responsible for all shipping cost (unless the return is due to a fault of our company- damaged goods, incorrect items sent, then we will pay return shipping).

*Due to constant customs delays affecting E-commerce companies worldwide, all Brazilian customers must allow 45-90 days for package to arrive. Currently, we are considering suspending shipping to Brazil due to long custom delays !
 
International customers are responsible for any customs, fees or any additional charges that may be placed on the shipment in his/her country. We do not mark packages as "gift". However, Shipping/Handling paid will not be reflected on your custom form.
 
Why haven’t I received my package ?
 
Customers within the US usually receive their package within 2-7 business days after order is placed. However, there are rare cases where your package can be held up at a postal location or incorrectly shipped to different state in an error by the Post Office (usually the tracking will show this info). The post office usually resolve this issue and re-route package correctly.

International Customers delivery time varies based on location, type of shipping method selected and other factors. Usually, International customers receive their orders within 6-45 days (based on location).

Please ensure you provide us with correct and safe mailing address. If your home is not a safe place to leave packages, please use your work address or make other arrangements to ensure you receive your package. If a package is return due to incorrect address or stolen, we can't be held liable. In the case of return package due to incorrect address, we will gladly reship, however the Customer will be required to pay for shipping.
 
Can I pick up items at Outer Beauty Supply ?
 
We are an online store only at this time. 
We ship same day if purchase is made by 5AM-EST.
